I’ve been meaning to reach out but it has been a crazy month and a half with wrapping up a graduate degree and moving. I know text is typically better but I didn’t want to blow up your phone with photos

Zoey is in Maine with me, my mom and grandmother brought her up to me last month. We live in the midcoast region so we have several options to be near the water within an hour of us. She loves going to the cove nearby and running around on that beach in the morning. And she is the most social dog I think I have ever met. She wants to be friends with literally every person we see and play with every dog. At this point she might as well be the mascot for my apartment complex because nearly everyone who has been here knows her by name and enjoys loving on her

We’re still figuring out how to interact with my cat. There is no aggression and she just wants to play. But his grumpy 11 year old self doesn’t appreciate her barking when she gets excited. So it’s a work in progress.
